It is a non-powered, hospital-grade bed with a fixed 14″ base height and a 440 lb. weight rating, and when it is placed next to any other iCare bed the two create a seamless sleeping surface with no gap between mattresses. It is also a durable standalone bed for home and low-risk care settings, with the same upholstery, headboards and accessories as the rest of the iCare range.
